Returns Policy

First, call us immediately when you discover a problem with your order or wish to return or exchange. You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The sooner you let us know of any issue with your order the better results we will have in resolving any issues. We trust our customers, and want you to be happy with your purchases from us.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week, if not immediately (from the time the package arrives back to our facility).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. For the most part, every produt we offer can ship anywhere in the world.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
